The SMLIGHT PoE Splitter converts standard IEEE 802.3af PoE (44–57V) into clean, stable low-voltage outputs for devices that do not support Power-over-Ethernet natively. It provides three output formats depending on the model - MicroUSB, USB-C, and DC barrel (5.5×2.1 mm) - making it suitable for powering smart-home devices, network gadgets, IoT modules, small embedded boards, and SMLIGHT products deployed in PoE-based environments.

The splitter passes through Ethernet data (100Mb) while isolating power safely. Automatic PoE negotiation ensures that connected switches recognize the splitter correctly before delivering power.
