Terms and Conditions (Summary & Translation)

General Terms

მომხმარებლის მიერ გაკეთებული თითოეული შეკვეთა წარმოადგენს ცალკეულ ნასყიდობის ხელშეკრულებას, რომლის მხარეები არიან:

1. მყიდველი - ვებგვერდის ავტორიზებული მომხმარებელი  

1. Buyer – an authorized user of the website
2. Seller – Argia Trading LLC

შპს Argia Trading წინამდებარე სარგებლობის წესებსა და პირობებში, კონფიდენციალურობის პოლიტიკაში, დაბრუნების პოლიტიკასა და ყველა სხვა სახელმძღვანელოსა და ინსტრუქციაში შემდგომში მოხსენიებული იქნება როგორც „KWIK“.

KWIK - ზე შეკვეთის განხორციელებისას მომხმარებელი ეთანხმება და აღიარებს წინამდებარე წესებსა და პირობებს, კონფიდენციალურობის პოლიტიკას და დაბრუნების პოლიტიკას.

Definitions

• KWIK (Company, Website) – Argia Trading LLC, registered in Georgia.
• User – A legal or natural person who meets the requirements of this document and intends to purchase products from the website.
• Account – A personal profile registered on KWIK’s website.
• Registration – The process of creating an account to purchase products or receive services.
• Authorization – Logging into an account.
• Product – Any item listed on the website for sale.

User Guarantees

წინამდებარე დოკუმენტში გამოყენებულ ტერმინებს გააჩნიათ შემდეგი მნიშვნელობა:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Are at least 18 years old.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into an agreement.
• Will not use another person’s identity for registration.
• Will not violate third-party rights or engage in illegal activities.
• Have read and accepted these Terms.
• Will not disrupt the website’s functionality.
• Will not use KWIK’s intellectual property (logos, images, patents, trademarks, etc.) without written permission.
• Will keep account credentials confidential and are responsible for all actions performed using their account.
• Agree to receive marketing materials but can opt out.

„მომხმარებელი“ - იურიდიული ან ფიზიკური პირი, რომელიც აკმაყოფილებს წინამდებარე დოკუმენტით განსაზღვრულ პირობებს და რომელსაც სურს შეიძინოს ვებგვერდზე განთავსებული პროდუქცია.

Registration Process

 „რეგისტრაცია“ - პირადი ანგარიშის შექმნა KWIK ვებგვერდზე პროდუქტის შესყიდვის ან/და მომსახურების მიღების მიზნით.

• Address
• Phone number
• Email
• Password

„პროდუქცია“ - ვებგვერდზე განთავსებული ნივთები, რომლის შესყიდვაც შესაძლებელია მომხმარებლის მიერ.

Ordering and Payment

1. The user selects a product and adds it to the virtual cart.
2. After clicking "Proceed to Checkout", they are redirected to the payment page.
3. Payment is available only via bank card.
4. The user enters their card details, and the payment is processed by the bank.
5. KWIK does not have access to card information.
6. Upon successful payment, users receive confirmation via email or SMS.

Delivery Terms

• KWIK delivers orders every day, from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Delivery times vary by product but do not exceed 3 business days.
• The delivery fee is determined at checkout.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by Georgian law.
• In case of disputes, parties should try to resolve them amicably.
• If unresolved, disputes will be settled in Tbilisi City Court.
• KWIK’s liability is limited to the value of the disputed product.
• If any provision is deemed invalid, the rest remain enforceable.
